Felix Forster

Cellar Master

Felix has been a member of our team for more than eight years and is responsible for both the winemaking process and the distinctive character of our wines. A trained winemaker with a Bachelor of Science in Viticulture and Oenology, he can be found not only in the winery, but also representing us at wine fairs and culinary tastings.

David Muth

Winemaker

Trained in viticulture and winemaking, David has been supporting Felix Forster and the cellar team since March 2023. Having grown up in a wine-growing family, he has a natural passion for vineyards and winemaking.

Boris is the main point of contact for our private customers and is responsible for leading tastings. In addition, he supports Robin in all matters related to export. With his strong expertise and friendly, engaging manner, he creates a welcoming experience for our guests and partners.

Sales Trade & Restaurants

Focusing on domestic sales, Anne works closely with our restaurant and trade partners. As a trained sommelière, she has a keen sense for which wines pair best with fine dining. With her charming and communicative manner, she serves as a key link between our customers, the sales team, and internal operation.
